This is MY opinion:
I like it, more likely I love the colours. If you used a photo, I would like to see the background too. There's a light, I know. The every detail is detailed perfectly. Microphone and the guitar is maybe too blurry. His hand looks like he's holding the guitar wrong way. His shirt is really nicely done, and the hair epicly real-looking. Wow. Shading is perfect, your own technique is personal. Makeup looks real, His hat is pretty. His face takes every eye. It looks like, that you have drawed the pattern for the hat too. All perfect, I can't find the same techinuque and vision, from anybody, except, if someone copys this.
